I’m Franchino Giannotta, owner of Pharus Boat 1565. I have been connected to the sea and all its beauty since childhood, and over time this grew into a true passion for everything our magnificent Ionian Sea has to offer: fishing, boat excursions, natural oases and long stretches of white sandy beach.
Today, that passion has become my profession. Every day, I take our guests to discover the hidden side of Salento, among crystal-clear waters, swimming stops and an aperitif on board featuring traditional products from our region.
